Getting error "Forbidden: this image is prohibited by policy" when deploying 3scale AMP on-premises

Issue

After loading the 3scale AMP 2.1 template, several services are failing and pods are failing to start because of following generic exception:

FailedCreate: **** Error creating: Pod "" is invalid: spec.containers[0].image: Forbidden: this image is prohibited by policy
