Capsule can't be removed on a cloned Satellite 6 server
Issue
After cloning a Red Hat Satellite 6 server using the satellite-clone tool, users may want to completely remove capsules from the clone. Deleting capsules is prevented by validations that check for capsule associations, so these associations must be removed in order to delete the capsule.
Environment
A non-production Satellite 6.2 server that was created using satellite-clone. This is often in a "sandbox" type environment.
