The oc adm prune images is not deleting images

Issue

The command oc adm prune images --keep-tag-revisions=3 --keep-younger-than=1440m --confirm expected result old images to be deleted however, old images are not being deleted and received this error

 "error: error communicating with registry: Get http://172.x.x.x:5000/healthz: malformed HTTP response "\x15\x03\x01\x00\x02\x02""
