After update to docker 1.12.6-68.gitec8512b.el7 the containers do not obtain subscriptions from the host

Issue

• After upgrade to docker 1.12.6-68.gitec8512b.el7 via yum swap the containers does not obtains subscriptions from the host and yum fails with

This system is not registered to Red Hat Subscription Management. You can use subscription-manager to register.
There are no enabled repos.

• After upgrading the docker package containers are not able to access package updates
