OCP rpm version is different from OCP image version.

Issue

  • Running "atomic-openshift-installer upgrade" fails with the message "OCP rpm version 3.9.25 is different from OCP image version 3.9.14".

  • Ansible log shows below messages:

     Play:     Determine openshift_version to configure on first master
     Task:     Fail if rpm version and docker image version are different
     Message:  OCP rpm version 3.9.25 is different from OCP image version 3.9.14
