Issue

Installation of Openshift 3.7 fails with error:

"The conditional check" 'persistent_volumes | "length > 0 or persistent_volume_claims | length > 0"

Utilizing this script for deploying enterprise ready Openshift environment on AWS host is not recommended as the script belongs to the upstream repository and merely provide a mechanism that can be used to build out your own infrastructure.
