No IBRS flag visible on cpu after side-channel patch
Issue
On the hypervisor I installed microcode_ctl in version: microcode_ctl-2.1-22.2.el7.x86_64.
After the reboot I see that microcode in /proc/cpuinfo changed from 0x25 to 0x3b after the reboot.
However virsh -r capabilities shows no ibrs in the output.
Environment
RHV-M 4.1 with hypervisors 7.4
