Add switch to perfquery to correctly reset counters on all Infiniband HCAs in RHEL 6

Issue

• According to the manpage of perfquery, -r -a shall reset the counters of all ports, but it only resets the values of the first HCA. "-a, --all_ports show  aggregated  counters  for all ports of the destination lid or reset all counters for all ports.[...]"
• perfquery only resets all counters on the first HCA. Beyond the first HCA, you must specify each additional HCA address in order to reset it's counters.
