Container of system-memcache in 3scale fails to restart or becomes very slow.
Issue
- When I kill the container of system-memcache by using
docker kill, the container
sometimes fails to restart. The container should restart successfully.
Environment
- Red Hat 3scale API Management Platform 2.1 on-premises
