How do I ensure my Red Hat Enterprise Linux System handles Paraguay's extended Daylight Saving Time in 2013?
Issue
- Paraguay's Government has announced they will extend their summertime in 2013
- Our customers in Paraguay will face a new change in the current time according to the government this year. Is our tzdata OK with this?
- The latest tzdata package (tzdata-2012j-2) for both RHEL 5 & 6 does not have the latest changes for 2013
- Update tzdata package for Paraguay timezone change
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), all versions
