How to obtain the package list for EAP 6 yum install

Issue

We are deploying JBoss EAP 6 using Red Hat RPM, Spacewalk and YUM/Puppet and want to fix some versions on production environment in order to fully control the moment where the upgrade will be processed.
To do that, we are using "versionlock" plugin of YUM.
Our problem is to obtain the complete list of all packages of JBoss EAP that have to be locked. So the question is how to obtain the complete list of JBoss EAP 6 packages ?

I'm looking for something like a YUM command, or a script, or an existing file to have this information.
