"Error Class Info: Invalid Entitlement Number" received when used rhn_register

Issue

  • A new server can't be register in Red Hat Network.
  • The error receive after executing rhn_command is:
    rhn_register There was an error while activating the installation number found on disk:
Error validating data at server:
Error Class Code: 600
Error Class Info: Invalid Entitlement Number</code>

OR

While running
'registration.new_system_user_pass': caught
 <type 'instance'> : 8085
