Issue
The following error is logged to /var/log/messages by WALinuxAgent
<time> <hostname> python: TypeError: add_event() got an unexpected keyword argument 'msg'
Environment

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 or 7
- WALinuxAgent 2.2.19
