Issue

  • USB device attached to a host is not visible under Host Devices in RHV-M portal.
  • Doing Refresh Capabilities is failing with below error.
 Caused by: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: insert or update on table "host_device" violates foreign key constraint "fk_host_device_parent_name"
  Detail: Key (host_id,parent_device_name)=(aaaaa-aaaa-aaaa-aaaa-aaaaaaa,scsi_host9) is not present in table "host_device".

  • Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization 3.6.
