Need to enrich haproxy access log format to send it to external fluentd

Issue

• Currently there is haproxy log forwarded from router nodes directly to external fluentd, and the haproxy log doesn't give us too much information.
• Expected to see more riched format including true client ip etc and want to have the ability to add our own custom data in it.
