A screen disruption is seen on Windows 7 VMs running in RHEV 4.1 environment and also on RHEV 3.6 environment. "Themes Properties" the "Program" label is disrupted on the Windows VM.
Issue
After upgrading the client from Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.3 to Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.4 corruption in greyed areas of pop-ups is randomly reported. Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.4 included an upgrade to virt-viewer.
- virt-viewer-2.0-12.el7 from Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.3 does not show the issue
- virt-viewer-5.0.7.el7 from Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.4 shows the issue
Environment
Any Red Hat Enterprise Linux client that is running a version of virt-viewer newer than 2.0.X with a spice enabled VM console it is connecting to.
