Why tun0 send lots of packages to pods located in another node

Issue

I tried to capture network packages from one of my node, use the adapter tun0 and found there are lots of packages were intermittently sent to pods located in another node.
After checking the package via network tool, I noticed those are TCP traffic but did not contains complete handshakes, Only 1 SYN and 1 ACK.
I want to know why tun0 send those abnormal TCP packages to such pods.
