Ceph RGW - Unable to clean unsuccessfully deleted buckets.

Issue

• Unable to clean unsuccessfully deleted buckets. radosgw-admin does not show and will not delete these buckets.
• These buckets show up as 0 objects 0 bytes from the application.

radosgw-admin bucket rm --purge-objects --bucket=test-bucket
