Virt-who default polling interval of 0 does not reflect true default
Issue
The file /etc/sysconfig/virt-who, states the following:
...
# Acquire list of virtual guest each N seconds, only sends if changes detected
# 0 means default configuration.
#VIRTWHO_INTERVAL=0
...
0 means default configuration is misleading in this case.
