Cluster service stops after `status on fs "<filesystem>" returned 127 (unspecified)` in RHEL 6
Issue
Why does rgmanager report stopping of a cluster service after the following type of message appears in /var/log/messages or /var/log/cluster/rgmanager.log:
Sep 13 20:00:02 rgmanager status on fs "dbsfs" returned 127 (unspecified)
