Support case reply submission fails when submitting a message with an attachment
Issue
- Support case reply submission fails on the customer portal when submitting a message with an attachment
- The following appears:
Yellow banner reading 'uploading attachment' appears briefly
Red banner message reading: "Error 401 HTTP/2.0 401"
Blue animated progress bar displaying "100% complete" is displayed next to the attachment.
Note that the message and attachment filename is preserved when the page reloads.
Environment
- MacOS 10.13.2
- Safari 11.0.2
- No third party browser extensions
