How to re-enable RH-SSO Admin Console access after removing the role "admin"?

Issue

Admin user lost visibility and cannot access of the admin console anymore. The following error message is displayed:

Forbidden
You don't have access to the requested resource.
Go to the home page >>
```
New created Admin users (added via command line) are also getting the same Forbbiden message.
