How to re-enable RH-SSO Admin Console access after removing the "admin" role from the "security-admin-console" client of the "master" realm ?

Issue

  • Admin user lost visibility and cannot access of the admin console anymore. The following error message is displayed:

    Forbidden
You don't have access to the requested resource.
Go to the home page >>

  • New created Admin users (added via command line) are also getting the same Forbbiden message.

Environment

  • Red Hat Single Sign-On (RH-SSO)
    • 7.x
  • Admin user has mistakenly removed the admin role from the security-admin-console client of the master realm
