Issue

• When running the Openshift configuration, nfs storage is not being added
• Trying to install Openshift 3.7, I see the following error in the Ansible output:

  1. Hosts:    test.example.com
     Play:     Create Hosted Resources - persistent volumes
     Task:     Create PersistentVolumes
     Message:  Failed without returning a message.

The PersistentVolume "ose_registry-volume" is invalid: metadata.name: Invalid value: "ose_registry-volume": a DNS-1123 subdomain must consist of lower case alphanumeric characters, '-' or '.', and must start and end with an alphanumeric character (e.g. 'example.com', regex used for validation is '[a-z0-9]([-a-z0-9]*[a-z0-9])?(\\.[a-z0-9]([-a-z0-9]*[a-z0-9])?)*')
