Issue
The Red Hat Ceritficate system SCEP enrollment feature may fail in some scenario, with a general Java exception on the CA, and an error on the router, like for example with a Cisco router MSR20-21:

*Feb 8 05:44:40:618 2013 RH-TEST-RTR PKI/7/PKI_Debug: Certificate request failed, error code is 95
