Unable to add "CoolKey PKCS #11 Module" returned CKR_GENERAL_ERROR

Issue

  • Running modutil reveals that there is no slot for coolkey and the module is not loaded:
[root@host~]# modutil -list -dbdir /etc/pki/nssdb

        status: Not loaded
