Unable to access any Support cases, Knowledge Base articles and other services in customer portal

Issue
- Browser is not opening any Red Hat Documentation link or services etc..
- How can I know if any service of Red Hat is intermittently down?
- How can I get a notification in case if any Red Hat Service goes down temporarily and then comes back up again?
