Issue

Although all metrics are collected now there is a strange behaviour in Alerts - we had 3 exchanges failed but only 1 alert was sent.
Alerts not triggered every time
When a faulty message is sent, metric "Exchanges failed" gets incremented on both Fuse containers but alert is triggered only on one machine;

Environment

Red Hat JBoss Operations Network (ON) 3.3.0
Red Hat JBoss Fuse (Fuse) 6.3.0
2 similar Camel context with two the same ActiveMQ consumers;
Contexts are deployed in two containers on the two different hosts;
