No C & U data is being collected from OpenStack Infrastructure Provider.

Issue

  • All the necessary configurations w.r.t ceilometer have been done at OpenStack director side properly, Ceilometer samples and meters are visible on openstack side but cloudforms is unable to collect data from ceilometer.

  • Utilization and Timeline tabs for Nodes under an Infrastructure Provider are grayed out. No utilization charts for nodes being displayed.

    • Unhandled exception during perf data collection for OpenStack Infrastructure Provider nodes. [Excon::Error::Timeout]is reported.
