Issue

  • Datasource set-tx-query-timeout setting does not work since JBoss EAP 7.1.0.

  • I configured set-tx-query-timeout in datasource setting in EAP 7.1.0 but Statement.setQueryTimeout() is never invoked. This parameter worked in EAP 7.0.x but it does not work in EAP 7.1.0:

                <timeout>
                <set-tx-query-timeout>true</set-tx-query-timeout>
            </timeout>

  • Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (EAP)
    • 7.1.0 or later
