User is unable to login on system via ssh or console(tty) or ftp
Issue
- User unable to login on system with following error in /var/log/secure:
sshd[5797]: pam_tally2(sshd:auth): /var/log/tallylog is either world writable or not a normal file
...
vsftpd[19539]: pam_tally2(vsftpd:auth): /var/log/tallylog is either world writable or not a normal file
...
login: pam_tally2(login:auth): /var/log/tallylog is either world writable or not a normal file
