Since upgrading a RHV host to RHEL 7.4, guests crash frequently
Issue

Both RHEL and Scientific Linux guests panic frequently since hosts were upgraded to a RHEL 7.4 platform.

The upgrade was from RVH 4.1-20170616.0 (7.3) to 4.1-20170816.2 (7.4) and later versions.

This only happens on AMD Opteron systems. It doesn't happen on Intel systems.
