etcd cluster environment requirements

Issue

  • the 3 node etcd cluster requires at least 2 of the 3 nodes to be online, is this correct?
  • There is no way to have a fully high available OpenShift cluster with only 2 datacenters, correct?
  • If the VMs from the failed DC are recovered, they should be removed from the etcd cluster and re-added as new nodes, is this correct?
