Wipe After Delete enabled with engine-config does not work for already existing disks
Issue
I have enabled default Wipe After Delete on Manager following this documentation: 11.3. Settings to Wipe Virtual Disks After Deletion, but already existing disks are not being wiped out when I remove them. All works fine for newly created disks.
