Filesystem aborts with Dell PERC H700 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6
Issue
- Filesystems went to read only mode after following error:

Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6
- Observed on kernel-2.6.32-279.22.1.el6.
- Issue began to occur after upgrading from kernel-2.6.32-279.9.1.el6.
- dm-multipath
- Dell Poweredge R710 with Dell PERC H700 integrated storage controller:
- Observed on storage controller firmware version 2.10.
- PERC H700 controller is on the latest firmware.
