Users are not able to send mail as normal users

Issue

  • Users are not able to send mail as normal users
  • Root users can send mail but other users cannot send mail.
WARNING: RunAsUser for MSP ignored, check group ids (egid=51, want=30013)  
can not write to queue directory /var/spool/clientmqueue/ (RunAsGid=0, required=51): Permission denied
