Permissions of users_extra and seusers changed

Issue

  • Userspace SELinux utilities change mode of the /etc/selinux/targeted/active/users_extra from 0600 to 0644
  • Userspace SELinux utilities change mode of the /etc/selinux/targeted/active/seusers from 0600 to 0644
  • Running the setsebool command changes permissions to the users_extra and seusers files
  • Permissions for users_extra and seusers follow current umask settings
