Symbolic link access attempt results in permission denied when the link is in a directory with a sticky bit set
Issue
Trying to access a symbolic link to a file within the same directory, which has sticky bit set, results in a 'Permission denied' error.
Accessing a symbolic link works on RHEL 6 but not on RHEL 7 - Permission denied
