Not able to delete Cinder Volume

Getting below error messages while executing the below command
openstack volume delete a4719f52-a09f-430d-a824-3470e73660f6Invalid volume: Volume status must be available or error or error_restoring or error_extending and must not be migrating, attached, belong to a consistency group or have snapshots. (HTTP 400) (Request-ID: req-70f1147d-08ee-47f3-9eb5-c6fa57343206)
