Editing VM properties in RHV 4.1 task hangs forever.

Issue

• I was trying to use the HA with the VM lease feature available in RHV 4.1, tried to change this parameter VM Lease on the HA tab of the VMs it created 2 tasks Editing VM <vm-name> properties which generated lots of recurrent errors in the events and the tasks stay stuck in the Tasks of the RHV-M Web Gui. I tried to re-edit this parameter to force RHV to resolve its issue without success. I tried to shutdown the VM but it resolves nothing.
