UDEV rules are not changing Oracle disk user permissions at boot
Issue
- When configuring udev rules to change a disk to owner 'oracle', the changes are not getting applied at boot.
- Manually running
udevadm trigger
orudevadm control --reload-rules
after boot changes the device permissions successfully.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- User 'oracle' is an LDAP user
- User 'oracle' is an AD user (Windows Active Directory)
- Oracle Virtual Directory
