When using Embedded Ansible in CloudForms 4.X, repositories enter "failed" state when SSL certificates to the remote endpoint cannot be verified

Issue

When using CloudForms 4.X appliances with the Embedded Ansible role enabled, adding new repositories or refreshing repositories that have had their SSL certificates changed lead to a "failure" state in the tasks list and Operations UI.
