[Satellite 6] Is it possible to force create host from satellite webui as non-admin user?

Issue

• When non-admin user provisions discovered host and if build fails for some reason and have to re-provision or have to create host profile again then need to contact satellite admin to get the old profile removed to avoid following error.

[E] Unprocessable entity Host::Discovered (id: 3339):|   Name has already been taken

• Non-admin user do not have delete/destroy host permissions to avoid any deletion of undesired host profiles.
  Is there any option for force creation of host like check mark while creating host which will remove the old profile automatically and create new host forcefully?
