Kie Server is unable to connect to controller (Business Central) when the application server is started with port offset

Issue

when the application server is started with port offset 100 using CLI option
"-Djboss.socket.binding.port-offset=100" we found out there are problem associated with business central

[org.kie.server.services.impl.controller.DefaultRestControllerImpl] (KieServer-ControllerConnect) Exception encountered while syncing with controller at http://localhost:8080/business-central/rest/controller/server/default-kieserver error Connection refused: connect

The error still shows that the business-central still uses port 8080 and not port 8180 (which we already offset)
