Horizon: Error Unable to retrieve public images

Issue

  • Horizon throw Error. Unable to retrieve errors while accessing the below tabs.

    In Admin->Images: Error. Unable to retrieve public images
In Project > compute > Error: Unable to retrieve usage information.
In Admin > Overview: Error: Unable to retrieve network quota information.

  • The CLI command for the above operation throw the below error message.

    ERROR (ClientException): The server has either erred or is incapable of performing the requested operation. (HTTP 500) (Request-ID: req-6bdd946e-d993-43af-9e68-b086041f5e46)
