Incorrect information being associated with our account. Customer portal is showing that we are oversubscribed, owing to the fact that it thinks that we have used the Subscription Manager to register the systems. However, when we try a drill into those systems, none are reported, which is what we expect. Currently, we should have less systems registered, all done via RHN Classic.


You have Subscription Asset Manager Organization with subscription assigned to the account.
If you are not using SAM in your environment then you need to delete the same.
