Node freezes when a running container loses its nfs connection

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

When you have a container that is using a nfs share and that this share is not anymore accessible (e.g. nfs services suddenly down), then the node on which the container is deployed cannot anymore deploy/create/delete any pods.
All theses pods will be blocked in "pending, creating, terminating" state.

Environment

OpenShift Container Platform
Version 3.3.0
