Apache HTTPD times out after 3 minutes when started using systemctl.
Issue
- When Apache HTTPD is started manually, httpd processes are up and running and serves requests. But when the same is started through systemctl command, the apache starts and runs for 3 minutes approximately and times out.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- 6.x, 7.x (httpd 2.2.x, 2.4.x)
