Start/Stop Status For System Bundles Is Not Preserved By Patch Command Comes With Fuse Karaf Container
Issue
After applying roll up patch for Fuse karaf container, even user stopped a system bundle(ex. org.apache.felix.fileinstall) before applying patch, the bundle status is backed to active again.
