[RHV] Cannot Import pre-configured storage domain from RHEV 3.6 to RHV 4.x

Issue

After detaching the storage domain from Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization 3.x and while trying to import it into newly installed Red Hat Virtualization 4.x there is no option to select the Data Center in import storage domain window.
