Issue

Unable to use group with underscore in the name when setting permissions in Web UI
An error is given in the Web UI when we attempt to use a group name that contains an underscore when setting permissions.
Using oc commands, the groups with an underscore are accepted
Creating an image stream with an underscore had the same behavior (able to create with oc/api but not in the web ui)

The member name contains invalid characters. Only letters, numbers, spaces and the following symbols are allowed: , = @ . _".
